Our pizza dough is made using organic semolina from Ballymore organic farm in Ballymore Eustace, Kildare and is proved for 48hrs to give a rich complex flavour to our bases, crunchy yet slightly chewy, all crusts are brushed with roast garlic oil for a real garlic kick.
