O-MED cider vinegar is made from the juice extracted from perfectly ripe apples, the O-MED apple cider vinegar combines the best of the aroma of recently cut apples and the acidity of northern Spanish cider. The acidity is smoother than that of vinegars made from wine. The sweet notes really stand out.
