Masaalon (Mah-sah-lawn) are an Irish food crowd producing unique sauces and condiments focused on modern Indian cuisine.
Peanut chutney is extremely popular in South India. Masaalon brought tamarind to the party to enhance that tangy flavour. You will also find hints of an oniony-garlicky-gingery mix in there too. Dip almost anything into it, add to a stir fry or slather it on some cheese.
