Assistant Retail Manager

We are creating an exciting new role within our store for an assistant retail manager to work with us in building our brand and ensure future success.

The role of the Assistant Retail Manager will be to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the store on a day to day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and motivate store assistants to increase sales and ensure efficiency

· Manage stock levels and storerooms, including ordering from our selected suppliers.

· Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met

· Have a keen eye for visual merchandising, advising special promotions, displays and events.

· Update colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues

· Processing sales, dealing with customer queries as they arise

· Accept and process deliveries in an efficient manner

This list is not exhaustive. You will be required to perform such other duties as appropriate to the post, as may be assigned to you from time to time by a designated person. You will be required to assist with special functions, from time to time.

Pizza Chef

This role is for an immediate start, 5 days per week.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Pizza Chef or in a similar role/environment for a minimum of 1 year.
  • Understanding of HACCP, food hygiene and health and safety requirements.
  • To foster teamwork and be familiar working as part of a large team.
  • Organisation and cleanliness are very important in this role.
  • Effective teamwork and communication skills are essential to this role.

Floor Manager

We are creating an exciting new role within our store for an experienced retail manager to work with us in building our brand and ensure future success.

The role of the Floor Manager will be to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the store on a day to day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and motivate store assistants to increase sales and ensure efficiency

· Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control

· Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met

· Have a keen eye for visual merchandising, advising special promotions, displays and events.

· Update colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues

· Processing sales, dealing with customer queries as they arise

· Liaise with other departments as required to ensure organisational effectiveness

· Deputise in the absence of the General Manager
