Baker

The Baker is required to provide meals to customers and staff at the required times, whilst ensuring the proper, smooth running of the kitchen, according to hygiene requirements. Within this role, the Baker will manage any Kitchen Assistant(s)/Catering Staff.

Catering & Shop Assistant

Catering & Shops Assistants are required to provide meals to customers, work on the tills and serve on the shop & café floor whilst ensuring the proper, smooth running of their area, according to hygiene requirements.

Housekeeping Assistant

Housing Keeping staff are required to work as part of a team to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene within the Company whilst ensuring a safe, comfortable environment always.

Housekeeping Supervisor

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will generally oversee staff to ensure that standards are met, and work is accomplished in a timely manner. You will ensure rooms are maintained and cleaned as per the standards, you will supply linen inventory and you will keep records on a computer system.

Kitchen Porter

To ensure kitchen facilities are in a sanitary condition in line with ISO standards and the appropriate duties and responsibilities as outlined below. Develop and maintain professional and courteous relationships with staff and clients. 

Floor Supervisor

The Floor Supervisor is responsible for all day to day operations of the bar and lounge. This includes staff development and training, and the maintenance of all policies and procedures in the company.

General Chef

The Chef is required to provide meals to customers, whilst ensuring the proper, smooth running of the kitchen, according to hygiene requirements. Within this role, the Chef will manage any Kitchen Assistant(s)/Catering Staff. You will be responsible for providing breakfast, evening meals and “Firecastle Fresh” range which is essentially production.

Sous Chef

As a sous chef you will report directly to the head chef and delegate tasks to other members of the kitchen staff.
