Catering & Shops Assistants are required to provide meals to customers, work on the tills and serve on the shop & café floor whilst ensuring the proper, smooth running of their area, according to hygiene requirements.
Housing Keeping staff are required to work as part of a team to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene within the Company whilst ensuring a safe, comfortable environment always.
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will generally oversee staff to ensure that standards are met, and work is accomplished in a timely manner. You will ensure rooms are maintained and cleaned as per the standards, you will supply linen inventory and you will keep records on a computer system.
To ensure kitchen facilities are in a sanitary condition in line with ISO standards and the appropriate duties and responsibilities as outlined below. Develop and maintain professional and courteous relationships with staff and clients.
The Floor Supervisor is responsible for all day to day operations of the bar and lounge. This includes staff development and training, and the maintenance of all policies and procedures in the company.
